The personal connection is the main key in our programs and experiences. Sometimes it is a talk with a local expert in a rose distillery or a fascinating lecture about the Thracian heritage in Bulgaria. It could also be a meeting with the monk in a small Orthodox monastery hidden in the mountains…

The company was founded to bring people from all over the world to Bulgaria and the Balkan area.

Our home and base in Gabrovo. Revival-era villages, the Rose Valley, the Rhodopes, Rila and the Black Sea coast.

Creative Tourism Awards, Creative Tourism Network. The winners were announced in November 2019 at World Travel Market in London, one of the most important international tourism fairs.
The jury highlighted how My Story Travel develops creative tourism in Bulgaria through the original design and production of creative trips, with a wide array of authentic experiences linked to local culture. It also mentioned our strategy of reaching specific audiences such as women and photography or painting enthusiasts, and our work to create a value chain for the territory by involving local communities.
