Explore like a local. Let us tell you where and how you can eat, cook, dance and drink a coffee like the local people.
Dancing and singing with a family in their own home while our group has a delicious homemade lunch, or just sharing a big bowl of yoghurt or 150 g of rakia (Bulgarian brandy) with kind neighbours who teach you how to say “Cheers” in their language… Nazdrave!
On the way from Bansko to Plovdiv, our itinerary passes through mountain villages of the Pomaks, an ethno-confessional minority in Bulgaria known officially as Bulgarian Muslims, with their local markets selling the famous beans, herbs, honey and homemade jam.
